What will you do with money?

In older times there was a story about a king who wish to have a power, as whatever he would touch it will turn to gold. Then he got the power and started touching the objects, as soon as he touched any object it will turn into gold.
Then he felt hungry and thought of having a apple, but as soon as he touched the apple it also became of gold. So he couldn't eat that apple.... then he felt sorry for his wish and blah... blah... blah...

Now story is changed a bit.
